Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Please note that due to seasonal variations, climate, and a range of other influences, not all the specimens listed on this website will be available all the time. We will confirm those that we can offer once you have submitted your request.

2. To make the cost of shipping economical, we recommend (but don't stipulate) a minimum order value of US $150

3. We ask for payment in US dollars once a pro forma invoice is agreed. It should be made in the form of a telegraphic or Western Union transfer. If neither of these methods are possible or practical, please let us know and we'll do our best to find alternatives. Telegraphic transfers should be sent to:

4. All orders are sent by either Airmail post or by courier (as preferred). The charge for this will be included in your invoice.

5. Discounts are available for larger numbers of certain species so please enquire for more information.

6. For purchases which include CITES-protected butterflies, we may also have to make a small admin charge for obtaining the permit. In the past, this has not been necessary, but unfortunately, due to the escalating costs of post and processing, we can no longer afford to offer this service free in most cases.
